
FP&C Wins First VA Contract with Cleland-Dole Independent Assessment
Aurora, Colorado – September 17, 2025 — First Principles & Concepts (FP&C) is proud to announce its first award with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA): the Cleland-Dole Independent Assessment, a Congressionally mandated review of VA’s health care systems and delivery.
This effort will examine fourteen assessment domains, producing actionable recommendations that help the VA strengthen access, quality, and trust for Veterans nationwide.
