SBA Approves Mentor-Protégé Agreement for WellBuilt Strategic Solutions, the Joint Venture of FP&C and The Building People
30, 2025 – Aurora, Colorado — The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has officially approved a Mentor-Protégé Agreement between The Building People and First Principles & Concepts (FP&C), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This strategic partnership paves the way for both firms to jointly pursue federal contracts, share resources, and strengthen capabilities in support of complex government missions nationwide.
WellBuilt integrates the extensive capabilities of both The Building People and FP&C, offering specialized services in facilities solutions, professional support, process automation, acquisition support, human capital strategies, strategic planning, and workforce and workplace transformation. These tailored solutions empower government clients, including agencies such as the Department of Veterans Affairs, the General Services Administration, and the Department of Defense, to enhance operational efficiency, modernize systems, and build organizational resilience.
